TELKOM doesn' care about there customers

Please think twice before signing up with Telkom.I have been a customer for 6 months and have been ****** twice by incorrect billing.No one in the billing department takes responsiblility for the mistake. I was charged R700 in July for an UPWARD migration( that does not carry a charge).On the 15th October they tried to take R4200 out of my account for (Upward Migration) on my 2 other lines ,my lines are suspended for a mistake by Telkom. I have complained to ICASA and Hello Peter,no has called me since 14 september 2015.<br> I receive no data and have to buy airtime for an alternative number.<br> DISGUSTED = CASE NUMBER (SM141119)<br>
