Telkom does nothing about previous complaint

I wish to make a complaint against Telkom. In my last complaint I shared how Telkom's pathetic network caused me to waste all my timed weekend 1 GB bundle on downloading an app (as I had to constantly redownload it.) It has now been well over a week and have heard absolutely nothing from them since I rep**** on an email to the details that Busi wanted. This just further proves to me that Telkom is obviously not too concerned with the frustration their customers experience by using their malfunctioning network. Companies like Telkom forget that it is their customers that enable them to function and if their customers turn elsewhere due to their poor service in addressing concerns
