TELKOM DOES NOT WANT TO GIVE ME A PAID UP LETTER ITS BEEN OVER A YEAR NOW

TELKOM is refusing to give me a paid up letter when I closed my account with them a year ago and my credit still has them and no one is able to assist for months. They are very *********** and my life is on hold because of them
