Telkom does not want to deliver service

We called them more than a month ago for a line with them. We want wifi connection. So they said they will sent someone out for us. 3 weeks later we phoned again and the say they will come on the 22nd of feb. So we toked the day off. And they never came and we never heard from them again. So we tried to mail no response, we wrote a complain on their website no response.you cant call them cause you are forever on the line... i mean really this is unexseptable. All we want is a line... i feel this is really bad servise and it is as if it doesnt bother them...
