telkom does not want to cancel my service 'Hellkom'

yet another pathetic, poor service from telkom mobile their customer service have no idea of the meaning of their job. useless agents the whole lot of them. i requested for my number to be migrated to prepaid because the number has reached 24months but its so hard for them to cancel this damn sim card, im so annoyed because i'm forced to pay for this nonsense.
