Telkom does not want to cancel my contracts

I filled a form to cancel two of my top up 100 contracts on the 6th September 2017 but telkom is refusing to cancel the cotracts. My two mobile numbers are ********** 843 and ********** 637. Both numbers are over 24 months old so I wanted to migrate both numbers to prepaid. I phone telkom each and every day but they are failing to resolve the matter
