Telkom does not want to cancel account

<p>I submitted a cancel request on the 8 December 2016 with all the requested documents. I have phoned serveral times and asked why it has not been cancelled, but telkom is so blady useless that they dont know anything thats happening in there business. The line is now dead but i'm still being charged. What the Hell?</p>
