Telkom does not want my money

If I could choose I minus rating I would. I have been trying for the past week to buy a router/****le from Telkom. I went to my nearest Telkom store at Howard Centre in Pinelands, Cape Town and they have been offline since Monday 1 June 2020 and cannot say when they will be online again. I eventually went to the Cavendish Claremont store on 7 June and received such poor service from the woman working there I left thinking that maybe the staff do not receive commission on the sales of routers because she was so unhelpful. She was more interested in being on the phone with her friends than assisting a customer. The store was very quiet and I was the only customer there. I ended up walking out of the store. Telkom again making it difficult for me to spend my money.
