Telkom does not want my business
<p>I app**** for Telkom LTE Advanced uncapped on 22 July. On 23 July, a sales agent called me, spent about an hour on the phone to confirm all details and the order, promising me the outcome of the application within 48 hours. On 27 July I had heard nothing yet, and started contacting Telkom. It took three days of enquiring and using all available channels to get hold of Telkom, for them to tell me that they could not find any order on my profile. I went to a Telkom store on 29 July to re-apply, only to be told that they are sold out for my area.</p> <p>I then phoned the Telkom call centre again, and was promised that my complaint would be sent to a Sales Manager, and that he/she would get back to me by 30 July. It is now 1 August, and I still haven't received a call for my complaint.</p>

You are repeating the same promises I have received over and over again from Telkom: "you will investigate and provide feedback".
Just a pity that NOT ONCE, with more than 5 different Telkom people making me this promise, has a single one of them kept this promise, so how do you expect me to believe you?
Just another day will go by, tomorrow, the same fight will start all over again, I will have to explain my situation to a new person, who will just start the cycle over again, promising feedback, which will never happen.
I have asked this on several occasions on different platforms to Telkom, and I ask it again: Please get a MANAGER from your sales department to contact me telephonically, so I can speak to someone who will resolve this matter - or do your managers also not have the competency to resolve something as simple as an order?
