Telkom does not want me to Cancel contract

<p>I am trying to Cancel my Telkom Mobile contract for the past two months , I have been to the Telkom store a few times and followed the process of filling in the form and sending it to the email address provided and still the contract is not cancelled, I have the contact for more than two years and do not want to renew it.</p> <p>I have also called the call centre numerous times and got no help their either, Do not sign up for any Telkom mobile contract, because they will not let you get out of it.</p>
