Telkom does not wanna pay my money back

<p>Telkom just went quiet after i provided them with the proof of payment that i mad in Oct and and i have been lodging complaints about it since from then, sent my proof of payment to different people and will just keep quiet because they want me to get tired and write my money off , i still want my money and i will now escalate it to the Ombudsman. I will never ever take a contract or anything with them ,such a terrifying service provider . I have been to their store and they would send e-mails and proof any nothing still . I will spread the word of mouth will make sure no one in my family and friends takes anything with u.</p>
