Telkom does not value customer service

I have been a loyal customer with Telkom now for many years and recently they have send my account to NuDebt collections. Ref *** -After numerous attempts to contact their offices I am now truly tired of calling your offices on both numbers *** and *** with reference ***. I have emailed over 10times now to *** , *** and *** and NO one is coming back to me.

Nudebt has send Final demand and threatening emails to me for accounts before there due date, how is this even legal? My account was only due 29 Feb 2024 but they send me final demand letters on 26 and 28 Feb 2024. Proof of payment and proof that account is up to date was emailed 10times but still i keep on receiving emails and sms threatening me with notices and summons

My accounts with Telkom is up to date and this company is tarnishing my good name
