Telkom does not teach employee's Respect

<p>I went to Telkom Maponya to pay for my bill. I walked to till, Greated the Lady, no name tag, but had Trainee tag on. The girl just looked at me, maybe had a bad day. Ignored my greeting. well with my good mood i explained that i wanted to pay, showed her my invoice, she seemed not keen to look at it. She asked the question "Whats this", i had to be that fool explaining what the payper is, I got the invoice from telkom, but telkom is asking me to explain myself. She started arguing with me and i really got angry, my day was just destroid. In closing, she told me i have to go pay at the bank, i asked for the banking details, she jus told me to take a picture of a poster showing the bank details. i asked what reference to use, she did'nt what i was talking about, instead told me to just take a photo and go pay. Telkom Maponya compared to any other astore really sucks, when u enter store the workers dont look happy, they are always in a mood, they dont understand what good service is, They are never friendly, maybe if you are lucky u'll get good service. That store just needs to chut down, shame on u telkom</p> <p> </p>
