Telkom does not seem to know that it is no longer a State organization with the monopoly of the only telecoms. What a ****show apparently their business department is not open on weekends or after 5. You just have to wait until Monday or tomorrow if your internet or emails or phones don't work and then you have to give them 72 hours to sort out the ****. No business can work without internet or email and then you have to wait until your supplier is available. Furthermore, they are so arrogant to ask busiheid owners more for phone rental than private people, furthermore, the idiots are the only telecoms company that asks you a reconnection fee to switch on your phone and then you have to wait 3 days because they have to check first whether you really paid the bill even if you send a proof of payment, note that they don't make money for 3 days either. In my opinion, this business is run by a bunch of micro managers who have no business sense.
