Telkom does not respond to service requests

<p>After one and a half months, two requests for a new fixed line and Adsl service on their website and three phone calls, I still do not have the service, not even an indication if I am going to get their service.</p> <p>It is no wonder that Telkom keeps on loosing their customers. </p>
