Telkom does not respond

Telkom does not respond on Hellopeter. They post a generic response and never make any attempt at contacting you.<br> <br> I have submitted a request to move my Telkom line more than two months ago. I have tried to call to follow up this request to no avail.<br> <br> I have also visited the local Telkom store on four occasions where I was informed that there is no infrastructure in the new area and that they will arrange to cancel my line without charge or penalty.<br> <br> I am still being billed and charged for a line that I haven't used in two months.<br> <br> I have posted complaints on Hellopeter and have received absolutely no response.
