Telkom does not respect their own terms and conditions
What a bunch of ******* telkom are. Their terms and conditions clearly stated that there is no penalty for migration of a contract. Yet when I wanted to migrate to the uncapped the uncapped package they told me that the slots were all full. So I migrated to the 50 gb package. To do so and I had to cancel the contract and enter into a new one with another router. Now that there are slot slots available for uncapped they will expect me to buy another router again. If they don't stick to their own terms and conditions why should we?
