Telkom DOES NOT repair faults on lines

<p>On 13 May 2016 I reported that our landline was down. REF 20CWV130516. On Sa****ay the 14th, a Telkom technician phoned me on my cell to find out what the exact problem was. He then told me that they would attend to the problem on Monday 16th May. Late Sa****ay 14th I also received a SMS that Telkom is aware if the problem. </p> <p> </p> <p>On Tuesday the 31st May Telkom phoned me to offer me ADSL and great DATA packages. They don't repair the line but want to sell me Telkom related products - REALLY!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>So it is 3 weeks now - and no joy yet.</p>
