TELKOM DOES NOT PROVIDE SERVICE AT ALL!!!

Good day<br> <br> We logged a complaint to Telkom in the beginning of November 2015 and they said there is a faulty line and our residential address and said they will send someone but there is no technician in the area right now. Yet 3 months later here we are still waiting and we keep phoning on a weekly basis and still we have received NO service at all from them. Can a big Company provide such minimum service? We are paying for a service that does not even work. This is the worst service that I have ever got from any company and I do feel like cancelling all my contracts with them witch includes a work network and lines.<br> <br> does anyone have any idea how I can get there attention on how to get them to repair this <br> <br> Telkom - please phone me on *** to resolve this issue
