Telkom does not pay back refunds
I app**** for a cellphone contract with Telkom. They said my credit score is low and I needed to pay a deposit of R700. After paying the deposit I went to the store and they told me that it's actually not R700 but it's R2400. So they said they will refund me within 48 hours. It has now been more than 2 months and I still don't have my money. Never pay a deposit for a cellphone contract with Telkom because you will be taken from pillar to post when they have to refund you.
