TELKOM DOES NOT OFFER US ANY SERVICE

Where do I begin? We have to log a call anout every month to report "no internet service". It is now more and a week and have not received any assistance. Everytime a new technician visit us and fix it temporarily and vanish. Some drilled holes in our ceiling and left us with the damage. We are having line problems for the past 26 years.
