Telkom does not offer MacBooks on contract at a direct store

For the life of me I cannot understand why Telkom does not have MacBook on contract via their direct store or online. I really want to get a MacBook on contract as I am due for an upgrade but I cannot now cause Telkom direct does not have MacBooks. I can get it from Incredible connection or iStore, but I would have to pay penalty fees for early upgrade (which is literally one month before the initial upgrade date. Telkom direct allows me to upgrade without and penalty fees, but you guys do not have MacBooks.

Is there anyway I could get assistance to waver that fee?! I would really appreciate it as I really need a laptop ASAP.
