Telkom does not obey Prescription Law
App**** for a Telkom Mobile phone.<br> Was advised that I had a debt of R1500 outstanding from 1995. 20 years ago, and of which I dispute.<br> Declined Cell Contract due to this. No one at call center seems to be able to help or know what Prescribed Debt means.
