telkom does not know what services THEY offer!!

not one person in the whole of telkom, in all the departments knows what a VPN is.. it is a service rendered by Telkom which appears on their website but not stupid person can help or even provide information about the service. all they do is transfer from one department to another until you've been through every department of telkom just for them to tell you to go to a telkom store, and there too they don't know what the hell a simple VPN is. Pathetic
