Telkom does not know there own business

I requested an upgrade in my ADSL line speed form a 4mg to a 10mg in November 2016. The call center agent explained to me the procedure and said the line speed must be changed at the exchange and this may take some time. So I decided to wait. 10 January 2017 I gave them a call again and asked for an update. No biggie, I was just wondering when this will happen. She said the technician will be at my house on Friday to sort this out. So Friday they came and said the line is now a 10mg line. When I did the speed test. It was like my normal old 4mg ADSL. I decided to leave this till Monday to give the system a chance. Monday I tested the speed and it was still 4mg line speed. I phoned the call center and the gentleman told me he will fixed it from me. Instead I got completely disconnected. Internet gone. When I asked him what the problem was he said I have a faulty line. My line became faulty within 5 min. So in conclusion. I had a 4 mg ADSL line, I wanted a 10mg line and now I have a 0 mg line. Every time I phone the call center they escalate the problem to the technician with the highest priority, but I don’t think the technician care about anybody’s priority as they don’t seem to come out to fix the problem. I was told I have a technician appointed to my problem and that he will contact me. Still waiting for Mr. Technician.
