TELKOM - does not keep to their word!

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother. After numerous communications, promises and "recorded conversations" that my mom's Telkom account has been paid in full and has been cancelled as she requested, she still receives monthly bills for outstanding amounts. Every time she has to make a futher payment and gets promised by Telkom employees that her account has "now" been cancelled and that the conversation is even recorded..., just to receive another bill the following month!
