Telkom does not keep their appointments

I went to telkom to get an adsl line installed, they made an appointment with me for which i had to take a day off work to be available for and then promptly decided to change the appointment without notifying me. The telkom technician was apparently at my place but I wasn't there so they left without so much as a phone call, now i have to try and get a new appointment which is a nightmare on telkom's helpline 10210, i had to wait half a day on the phone for my first appointment!<br> <br> FYI trying to reschedule an appointment via the [URL Removed] is also useless and not working.<br> Utterly and totally useless service, not that I expected anything else from them.
