Telkom does not Insure phones

After three years of paying for Cellphone insurance that I got at a Telkom shop, my phone got ****** in my car. My claim got rejected. Telkom tells me, sorry, there is nothing they can do because it’s not them who insure the device - it’s Admin Plus.
