Telkom does not have a clue what they are doing

<p>I have been experiencing problems with Telkom for a long time, ranging from debit orders to service. Whenever you phone you hold for ages and then gets transferred from one person to another- I have been recieving smse from Telkom inviting me to upgrade to 10 mpbs uncapped from my current 10mpbs softcap - when I phoned i was told oops you only have 4 mps in your area - so what the hell have I been paying for?????? No one can answer me - useless ****** bunch - I will cancell my contract as soon as it is due </p> <p> </p>
