Telkom does not give you what you ask for!

Worst service I have ever encountered! I am livid, I specifically ask for a certain data deal MULTIPLE TIMES and the sales person still got it wrong!! Like how do you exclude a default item? Its easy I ask for the free me 2 gig deal WITH the 10G music streaming and you give it to me.. Its not that difficult you should probably spend more time on training and hire competent staff... I've spent about 4 hours on the phone with the call centres just to get told by about 9 people that they can't help me, went into store, they logged a case, I got a call, lady told me that she can help me and told me that she is going to transfer me to the right consultant, but instead the call dropped.... I an at my end, I have never experienced such bad service
