Telkom does not follow their own terms & conditions

When applying for a monthly deal I investigated weather I qualify for it on the deals terms & conditions. When I found that I do qualify I phoned and app****. Telkom then told me that I cannot have the deal because I do not qualify. After explaining that their own term & conditions say that I do qualify they tell me that the terms & conditions is wrong and there is not terms & conditions for that specific deal. I then asked if I can have the deal since there is no terms & conditions to it and their reply was: "The terms & conditions is whatever they say it is, even if its verbally". So they can swop and change whatever they want. Terms & Conditions means nothing to Telkom!
