Telkom does not do they wor****!!!!

I have been struggling for two weeks to get a wrongfully payment i made to telkom, to be paid back to ME. Some time ago we had a Telkom Wi-Fi and then canceled it with a BIG struggelle. Every month again and again an email is addressed to Telkom. But no account is closed. Telkom's lawyers contacted us over the overdue account, with the necessary proof of cancellation, the account was written off. I made a mistake and pay at the end of May 2019 an amount to Telkom now I struggle to get the money back. From Sea to Moses to Simon, Anita and today Ravish, everyone says i will get back to you. The matter is handled. But no no no feedback. Moses and Simon requested my bank details and it is been given. Nobody calls me back. Every time and every day I have to explain the same story and then we are told we will call you back. Then they say we pay back 5 to 7 days and then again 7 to 10. Everyone at Telkom sees the account has been written off because Telkom did not close the account. But now my money is not paid back !!!
