Telkom does not differ from Eskom... They might actually even be worse!

Telkom is the worst service provider ever. I cannot believe that i have been loyal to them for so many years yet they treat me this way. I made a payment on the 25th of August, still today i am still disconnected, Been calling and everyday i get a different answer from them and it seems no one is willing to assist . I am done with them. Also been trying to cancel my contract but it seems i am unable to reach the cancellation department everytime. I feel defeated.
