Telkom Does Not Deal With Complaints

Telkom have recently changed my address to an incorrect one. I went on line to MyTelkom but there was no option to correct my details or email them. I went on Facebook but the messenger function on the Telkom page doesn't work but I have posted a general complaint. I went to the Telkom shop at Hillcrest [Christians] and they tell me they now only do sales; I found the people there ***********. They no longer handle ccount enquiries or generate an invoice. So, Hellopeter seems the last lne of contact.
