Telkom does not come back to their customers

We wanted to get ads for our home.. Went to apply for Internet they did not come back to us at all. Went back to find out what is happening and they said they could not find our home address. After a week still no reply went back and they said the area we stay In has so access to lines for Internet. Asked them if they cannot make a plan to plant some lines they said no. About 2 weeks later a friend had the same problem they made immediate plan. And they planted their lines and they got their Internet. It is really unacceptable. We stay in Gordon road witbank.
