Telkom does not care

Im really starting to think that this insurance is a ****. I have spoken to Tshepo Mabe on the 18 February 2020 and he promised that my issue will be resolved. No one from Telkom or Firite called to re assure me that my devise will be delivered, instead Im the one calling them every week to follow up on my claim and all im told is lies, they just dont care. if you think you will be speaking to a manager, forget it because they are always not available. Please stay away from both companies if you want to have a peace of mind. 'Dear Telkom and Finrite, i have been a loyal client for years, never missed a payment, paid my access on time, please may i have my tablet! Just be professional for once. Telkom is too quick to recommend the insurance but as soon as you want to claim, then its suddenly not their business anymore
