Telkom does not care about their obligations to you, they only care about how much money they can drain before you flee from their clutches.

Almost 3 years ago telkom took my money, didn't deliver services as advertised, I canceled my MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT 3 times in 3 separate months before they informed me I need to pay a penalty for canceling at the beginning of a month. I refused since they didn't give me the services they are contractually obligated to give, and I already canceled 3 TIMES! They have been harassing me ever since. Recently threatening to *******ly blacklist my ID. I have, called, requested, demanded that someone from head office with the ability to draw a conclusion and help me to contact me, after atleast 5 attempts in last month alone. Nobody has attempted to contact me. So I hope you see this telkom. Your ******* tantrum about R600 I don't owe you, plus all our logs I recorded, and all theatening messages from countless attorneys that just keep sending my case back to you will now be filed appropriately.
