Telkom does not care about their customers.

Telkom has so many policies in place that result in the staff doing the minimal work and the customers have to jump through hoops to get things done. The call center number (081180) doesn't work half the time I dial it. The reason I moved to Telkom is because they saved me a lot of money per month on cell phone bills compared to the other network providers, but their complete lack of service is not worth it. I'm going to go back to paying double on my cell bills but at least I will be assisted as required.
