Telkom does not care about their customers

I have not had any telephone and internet service for the last 3 weeks, than telkom informed me now that they will not be resolving the issue and we should find alternatives. When spoke to a sales consultant they said we can not get LTE services in my area even thou my neighbour can and they can not assist me with any solutions and basically said I should than go to another network, after years of being a Telkom customers without trying to assist they just dont care about their customers. This is unacceptable.
