Telkom does not care about their customers

Telkom is one of the most unprofessional companies out there. With my one sim with telkom they have changed the date on which the payment is then they said they did notify me via email and it was in my contract but the email they had was wrong and I never even received my original contract copy that stipulated this which is insane.

They put a random email address that they have been sending my personal details to then when confronted about all of this they don’t assist to fix the situation they either hang up on you or put you on hold for 20 min until you run out of airtime when you send a message to call you they never do.

So if you are looking to open a contract with Telkom don’t rather look any were else

There is no loyalty to this company people there customer line is nothing but a joke.
