Telkom does not care about its customers

Telkom contacted me regularly after I was not working due to pregnancy complications and was unable to pay my account but are now as silent as mice since I completed payment and requesting a paid up letter. My last payment was made on the 29th August 2020 and I requested the letter then as I urgently needed it for an application but to this day (26 October 2020) I have not received the letter... no a call or email to indicate that they are working on it and will get back to me. Telkom does not care about its customers. I will definitely not be using them ever again and would not recommend anyone to do so.
