Telkom DOES NOT care about it's customers

Been making use of Telkom for many years ad supporting the company.

Recently my landline and ADSL stoppped working. Contacted Telkom and was informed by them that they do not plan on repairing/replacing the lines thus leaving me with no landline or internet.

We currently do not have any fiber in our area and Telkom is not planning to implement that soon due to demand not being high enough.

Telkom recommends using their LTE service for the short term (will probably change to long term and later on permanently with my experience). NO I am being overcharged and getting much less than previously with the ADSL.

This is utterly pathetic and I am very dissapointed in Telkom. After making use of their services for many years this just feels like a big slap in the face.

With no fiber and adsl lines currently in my area my hands are tied and I have no choice but to pay too much for a service that does not fulfil my needs.

Really wish Telkom would solve the problem.
