Telkom does not care about a nation in crisis

So on the 13 March we try to upgrade our fibre to uncapped. We have a refence number. It still has not been auctioned. 4 phones later and still can't be resolved. So during a crisis where there are 3 adults that ould work and 2 kids that nees to do school work Telkom just don't give a ****.

They don't care about the crisis and helping south Africa. Then they wonder why their business is in crisis. Incompetence on a another level. I hope they just close this useless organization down and let the private sector do it thing.

Am I expecting a speedy resolution. Hell no it taken almost a month and still nothing gets done
