Telkom does not care.

I created an online profile to manage my accounts. But is will not allow me to manage my accounts. Everytime I click on the manage my accounts it kicks me back to the main menu. No one picks up when you call the numbers or it just says it is busy. I send in a complaint via the website. Got an email to say they will contact me in 48 hours (2 days) It has been 4 days. This is very frustrating.
