TELKOM does not care

It's been well over 3 months. I am still waiting for my Black friday deal to realise. I might get the XBOX,EXPLORA, and MS 365 by next been but I've been billed by Telkom since 10Dec for a deal I did not receive. Even worse they are billing full price and not the price less 20% as advertised<br> <br> SHAME ON YOU.<br> <br> Today I have decided to report you to the Consumer board for False advertising and ******* billing<br> <br> Your call centre is useless<br> your accounts dept is useless<br> Your escalations dept is useless...<br> <br>
