Telkom does not cancel the line after 8 months

Hi,

My phone number is ********** 780. I have been trying to cancely Telkom phone line from Jan and there has been no luck. I have been paying Telkom for nothing for the past 8 months and I still don't have the confirmation yet. I even logged an online request and the reference was ********** 9. I guess I just need to pay Telkom forever
