Telkom does not cancel telephone line

I sent a cancellation request on the telkom website on the 19th of June 2018. It is now 16 January 2019 and still nothing has been done. I get billed every month for this landline that i cannot use . I have escalated it how many times and every time i get the same answer that i have to give 30 days notice. I mean really ????

This is now more than 6 months!!! Is this not enough notice???
