Telkom DOES NOT cancel contracts! Be warned!

So disappointed in Telkom. Utter refusal to process a cancellation of a contract that ended in November 2017. Sent two emails to the cancellations department to no avail. Called on the 19th of May and spoke to an agent named Nothando Sokhulu. Said I should mail the form again and nothing. Called today the 23 of May, first agent hung up on me. Called back and was helped by another useless agent. If you don't like being stuck in a contract that you have paid for 2 years and want to get out of, do NOT join Telkom as you will never be able to successfully cancel. The procedures are designed to fail. No one knows who did what so you will just get pushed around while your contract continues. For people who HATE being stuck when they have paid and deserve to cancel, I advise you never to sign up. Going to make sure everyone I know understands what they'll be getting when they're a telkom client.
