Telkom Does Not Answer their Phones
Due to high call volume there could be a delay in answering your call.. really over 1.5 hours any day of the week or time. Also they don't answer any e-mail request as per their website. How do you order new products if no one answers the call. This is ridiculous. I think I will investigate alternate service providers now in the time it is taking to upgrade a adsl line. Pathetic.
