Telkom does it again.. or doesn't do it more like it

I have placed an order for Adsl, first online by requesting a call back. I was called the same day by the sales team and was offered the deal, read the terms and conditions which I accepted and was told an sms would be sent to me with the details confirming my order. I received nothing. I then called the sales team only to find out no order has been placed under my name. I then enlisted to place another order with the lady I was speaking to on the phone Suri Govender who was very helpful. She placed the order for me and again said the details confirming this would be texted to me. I was sent an email with payment details at the post office where I paid the amount of R700 for the installation. Still I have no order reference number to track my order or any confirmation of an installation date.. when I emailed Suri she told me when a technician is available I will be notified by text. This is bull**** in my opinion telkom is a multi million rand company you telling me they have what 2 technicians on their pay roll? Bull**** man and I have read so many review about this pathetic excuse for a company and how they mess people around and do not even bother to EVER come and install the Adsl. If this is not resolved soon I will take this further. I am sure there is some resolve for me in the consumer protection act and when I find out what exactly that is I will enact it upon telkom. STILL WAITING FOR A CALL? STILL WAITING FOR A TECHNICIAN? ALMOST 2 WEEKS NOW! WHAT THE ACTUAL **** IS GOING ON OVER THERE? I SWEAR MY PATIENTS IS RUNNING REALLY THIN AT THIS POINT AND IF NOTHING IS DONE SOON I'M GOING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOUR COMPANY FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT AND FAILUIR TO PERFORM A CONTEACTUAL ONBLIGATION.
